Thereasa Rinderknecht is a child welfare attorney in Hall County, primarily representing dependent children in Juvenile Court, where she serves as the primary children’s attorney for the Hall County Family Treatment Court program. Thereasa also represents parents and stepparents in private adoption. Thereasa began her career in child welfare in 2013 as an associate attorney for the Special Assistant Attorney General in Hall County. She has represented parents, relatives, placements, children, and served as Guardian Ad Litem in dependency cases in seven counties in north Georgia, and has served as Judge Pro Tem for Habersham County Juvenile Court. Thereasa earned B.A. degrees in History and Political Science from Brenau University summa cum laude and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law. She is a member of the National Association of Counsel for Children (NACC) and the E. Wycliffe Orr Sr. Inn of Court.
